Accessibility Policy

1. Commitment

At Hôtel Oui GO, we believe that every guest deserves a welcoming, comfortable, and barrier-free experience. We are committed to providing inclusive service, respecting individual needs, and continuously improving the accessibility of our facilities and services.

2. Legal Framework and Standards

Our approach is guided by the requirements of the Québec Building Code, the Act to Secure Handicapped Persons in the Exercise of Their Rights, and best practices in accessibility.
We strive to go beyond minimal compliance by focusing on the real experience of our guests.

Hôtel Oui GO also holds a compliance certification issued by Kéroul, recognizing the quality of our facilities for guests with reduced mobility.

    • adapted toilet and sink
    • lowered furniture and shelving

    • Our nearby paid parking offers reasonable accessibility, though no specifically designated accessible spaces are currently available.
  • Our meeting room is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
4. Digital Accessibility

Our recently launched website is only partially compliant with accessibility standards (WCAG). We acknowledge this challenge and are committed to making progress in order to improve access to information and reservations for all our guests.

5. Service and Assistance

Staff Training: Our employees are trained to welcome guests with specific needs and are prepared to offer personalized assistance.

  • Communication: We encourage guests to share their specific needs when booking so that we can anticipate and facilitate their stay.
  • Feedback: After their departure, guests receive an invitation to share comments. This feedback is essential in helping us improve our practices.
6. Continuous Improvement

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process. Our commitment includes:

  • regular maintenance of adapted facilities to ensure proper functioning
  • progressive integration of accessible digital solutions
  • reviewing this policy at least every two years, or in response to guest feedback
7. LGBTQIA+ Accessibility and Inclusion

At Hôtel Oui GO, we believe that everyone deserves to be welcomed with respect and kindness. Our establishment is an inclusive and safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. We value diversity and are committed to providing a stay where each guest can feel free to be themselves, without judgment or discrimination.
